Andyboi – Trail Evolution
As a talented vocalist, songwriter, producer and DJ; Andyboi is officially launching his debut album. “Trail Evolution” features 12 original Andyboi tracks which are each uniquely laced with his mesmerizing vocals, spiced up with captivating instrumentals and tied together by the skillful production of the highly regarded Cuebur. The 13th offering is an Andyboi remix of Cuebur’s track “No Doubt” featuring Marissa Guzman.
Referring to the album as a true reflection of who he is and the story of his life; Andyboi claims to draw inspiration from his life experiences and those who are closest to him, saying “the good and bad things that I’ve been through in my life and the memories of this incredible journey inspires me”. Offering fans a versatile album filled with different styles of music and a number of languages; Andyboi says he is all about House. Including Afro, Soul, Deep and Electronic flavours allows him to cater for all lovers of dance music.
The first single off the album is already doing well – not only locally but internationally as well. Andyboi and Cuebur performed to a crowd of over 25,000 people in Angola in the month of April where the track “Emhlabeni” was well received. It even reached the number one spot on Angola’s hit station MixFM. It also took the number one position on South Africa’s YFM. As an indication of the album’s success, the signs couldn’t be clearer.

DJ Fresh known for his ever evolving taste in house music is back with a smash hit compilation album. DJ Fresh is a household name, known for being a spectacular yet humble radio personality, rocking club DJ, professional producer, creative entrepreneur and all-round family guy.
Formerly known as Thato Sikwane from Botswana, DJ Fresh, has grown into one of the most influential and respected muso’s in the South African music industry. TRIBE Vaults Vol 4 – Afro House Edition
Tribe Records return with the fourth installment of their Tribe Vaults series, jam-packed with the best in fresh, new Afro House.
As the Tribe Vaults series grows it shows how Tribe has developed, but this isn’t your Greatest Hits package as the Vaults series is forever unearthing hidden gems, the unreleased material that has been saved, put by and hoarded until there were enough precious tunes and specially-commissioned mixes for each Volume.
Tribe is known best for its deep, Afro and soulful house releases, and the Vaults series features plenty more of those, but these genre-specific collections should have a distinct appeal to DJs and club crowds.
Tribe Vaults Volume 4: Afro House picks up baton on the trail blazed by issues one through three with original tracks from Rancido and DJ Oats, as well as an exclusive Invaders of Afrika remix of Black Motion’s ‘Watwa’. This edition of The Vaults continues the Tribe Records tradition of providing a stage for fresh songs and remixed tracks by the great producers who work with the label could shine in a new album context.

Bucie – Princess Of House (Easy To Love)
Bucie the Princess of House Music is back with another sultry rendition of soothing house music. As the album states she’s so “easy to love”. Every track on this album echoes the growth and quality of music Bucie has elevated herself under Demor Music. Bucie was born in Kimberley and grew up in Klerksdorp where she led the choir at her church. Demor Sikhosana wrote, produced and released her first local hit Song ‘Ngicelindoda’ taken from a Demor produced full length album rockstar in 2007. Demor orchestrated her collaboration with Black Coffee in the hit single “Turn Me On” which was released and licensed to German label Gogo Music in 2007 with remixes by renowned producers like Ralf Gum which became the No.1 single on Traxsource.
If her previous albums is anything to go by one should expect nothing but the finest house music by the Princess Of Southern African House Music.

NaakMusiQ – Love & Music
The latest from Anga Makubalo aka NaakMusiq is his first debut solo album, popularly known for previous collabos like Qina with Dj Sbu, Yini with Heavy K and Move with Eltonnick. The album has certainly successfully with hits such as “Crazy, Ntombi Ethandwayo, Show Me A Good Time and All Time Jazz” just to mention a few. His humble approach and drive have made this young man a worthy music artist and shall surely reap the benefits of his work.
